Common questions
What gets sent to the server? Only when you request a live render: the room photo, the editable staging mask, render settings, and account entitlement data.
Who processes images? Our AI image provider renders the image (named in the Privacy Policy). Our infrastructure provider runs the Worker and stores media for signed downloads and device-to-device recovery.
How do I cancel Pro? Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then StageTrue.
How do I delete my account? Use Delete Account in the app. The Worker purges D1 account data and R2 media objects.
