Photos and masks
Room photos and editable staging masks are User Content linked to your StageTrue account and used for App Functionality only. They are not used for tracking or advertising.
What stays on device
Depth and segmentation work used to build the structure map runs on your device. StageTrue mirrors listing, room, and render metadata to the Worker so your account can recover data across devices.
Processing providers
When you request a live render, the room photo and mask are sent through our Cloudflare Worker. OpenAI is the image provider that processes the render. Cloudflare stores source and output files in R2 for sync, recovery, and signed download links.
Identifiers and purchases
Sign in with Apple identifiers are linked to your account for App Functionality. Purchase records are used for entitlement, credits, and quota enforcement. Apple handles payment details.
Deletion
Use Delete Account in the app to purge your account rows, listings, rooms, render records, credits, and R2 media objects from the Worker.
